Processing Times
All items are made-to-order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days via standard shipping.
Estimated total delivery time: 6–9 business days
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
❌ We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military bases, or international locations.

Shipping is free on all orders — no hidden fees at checkout.
Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages
Pawssibly Petz is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] with photos or tracking issues. We’ll assist you with a resolution through our print partner.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items if submitting a claim.

We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders can only be delivered within the USA.
